This is a remote-based position with in-person Board appearances as necessary. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of litigation experience, a valid driver's license, and be admitted to the bar and licensed to practice law in the assigned jurisdictions.

Position Overview:

- Investigate and manage Workers' Compensation cases
- Meet with clients and claims professionals to resolve cases
- Develop theories and affirmative defenses
- Engage in routine motion practice, discovery, and research
- Handle depositions, hearings, conferences, and trials
- Travel to boards as required

What You Need to Apply:

- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
