Key Responsibilities - Manage and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, earning their trust and providing exceptional service - Generate new business and assets through both existing client base and new client acquisition - Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs - Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed - Ensure proposed solutions align with clients' short, medium, and long-term goals through a holistic approach - Adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures Qualifications and Skills - Six plus years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services - Bachelor's Degree required - Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date - Proven sales success and strong business acumen - Established network and strong community presence - Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts - Focus on delivering exceptional client experiences Preferred Qualifications and Skills - MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred - Proactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems - Dynamic and credible professional with exceptional presentation skills - Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to business - In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate Salary Information The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, with a bonus potential of $50,000 - $100,000 per year.
