Job Description
As a Private Banker, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining relationships with high net worth clients, providing them with tailored advice and solutions to help them manage and grow their wealth. You will work closely with a team of talented colleagues and have access to a wide range of resources and specialists to support your clients' needs. Your responsibilities will include generating new business and assets, advising clients on their overall balance sheet, and connecting them with resources across . Morgan Chase & Co.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain relationships with high net worth clients, earning their trust and providing exceptional service
- Generate new business and assets through both existing client base and new client acquisition
- Advise clients on their overall balance sheet, including asset allocation, investment management, wealth planning, credit, and banking needs
- Collaborate with internal specialists to provide interdisciplinary expertise to clients when needed
- Ensure proposed solutions align with clients' short, medium, and long-term goals through a holistic approach
- Adhere to all risk and control policies, regulatory guidelines, and security measures

Qualifications and Skills

- Six plus years of experience in Private Banking or Financial Services
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Series 7, 66, and Insurance licenses required; unlicensed candidates considered but must obtain licenses within 90 days of start date
- Proven sales success and strong business acumen
- Established network and strong community presence
- Experience or understanding of investments, wealth planning, credit, and banking concepts
- Focus on delivering exceptional client experiences

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

- MBA, JD, CFA, or CFP preferred
- Proactive, takes initiative, and uses critical thinking to solve problems
- Dynamic and credible professional with exceptional presentation skills
- Strong organizational skills and disciplined approach to business
- In-depth knowledge of equity and fixed income markets and alternative investments such as Hedge Funds, Private Equity, and Real Estate

Salary Information
The salary range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, with a bonus potential of $50,000 - $100,000 per year. The final salary offer will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience.
