KPMG is seeking an experienced Executive Director to join their team as an Associate General Counsel for Litigation. Responsibilities:

- Provide legal counsel for civil litigation, third-party subpoenas, and government investigations
- Represent KPMG and its professionals in civil litigation and regulatory proceedings
- Develop and implement strategies to successfully defend litigation claims and investigations
- Supervise and collaborate with outside counsel and other members of the Office of General Counsel (OGC)
- Report to and consult with senior leadership on legal issues
- Assist in financial projections for cases

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 18 years of experience in a well-regarded law firm or in-house legal department
- JD or LLM from an accredited law school, with a license to practice law in the .
- Experience with complex civil litigation and regulatory investigations involving accounting firms or financial institutions preferred
- Ability to manage multiple cases and projects, think strategically, and maintain ethical standards
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and client-service skills

Salary Information:

- California Salary Range: $331,000 - $737,000 (based on relevant factors such as skills, experience, and market considerations)
