A law firm is seeking a Labor and Employment Associate Attorney to join their team in Las Vegas, NV. The Labor and Employment Associate Attorney will collaborate closely with the office's established team of litigators, providing legal counsel to a diverse client base. Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on labor and employment law matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents for litigation cases.
• Represent clients in labor and employment disputes before administrative agencies and in court.
• Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on labor and employment-related issues, including discrimination, harassment, wage and hour compliance, and employee benefits.
• Assist with client consultations and negotiations.

Requirements:

• Admission to the Nevada Bar.
• Preference for experience in labor and employment law, although general civil litigation experience is welcomed.
• Excellent legal research and writing skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the Nevada Bar.

Skills:

• Proficiency in legal research tools and databases.
• Ability to analyze complex legal issues and provide strategic advice.
• Strong advocacy skills for representing clients in court.
