Introduction to the Team:

Moss Adams' Tax Services team provides quality tax solutions to middle-market companies, non-profit organizations, and high net worth individuals. As a Tax Manager, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with talented individuals who are dedicated to making a difference in their clients' lives.

Responsibilities:

- Advise clients on corporate, partnership, individual, and trust and estate tax services
- Oversee the calculation and analysis of proprietary tax strategies for clients
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients through networking and business development activities
- Provide in-depth industry knowledge to clients
- Keep up-to-date on current tax practices and changes in tax law
- Provide leadership and supervision to Tax Seniors and Staff

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field required; Master of Tax preferred
- Minimum of 4 years of related experience
- Previous experience in a public accounting firm preferred
- CPA or Bar License required
- Minimum of 2 years of supervising and training experience
- Proficient in corporate, partnership, and individual taxation
- Experience working with large, multi-state, internationally active middle-market clients preferred
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills required for managing multiple client engagements
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Salary Information:

The compensation range for this position in Washington is $95,000 - $147,000 and in Oregon is $86,000 - $133,000. Actual pay may vary based on factors such as internal equity, knowledge, experience, skillset, and geographic location. This position may also be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
