A law firm is seeking a Personal Injury Attorney for their Nashville, TN location.

Job Overview:

The Personal Injury Attorney will be responsible for representing clients in personal injury cases, providing legal counsel, and advocating for their rights throughout the legal process.

Duties:

• Communicating with clients to understand their needs and concerns
• Conducting and defending depositions
• Conducting legal research and drafting legal documents
• Leading mediations to negotiate settlements
• Developing effective case strategies
• Representing clients in trial proceedings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation
• Licensed and in good standing with the Tennessee State Bar
• Experience in drafting and responding to motions
• Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Tennessee State Bar
