KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate with a minimum of three years of direct experience in export compliance to join their Trade and Customs practice. This role offers a competitive salary range of $65,500 - $132,100, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career development.

Responsibilities:

- Meet with and provide advice to clients from various industries on export compliance matters
- Lead and manage client projects, including export classifications, audits, training, and program development
- Support market development and thought leadership initiatives through writing articles
- Research, write, and review advice on export compliance regulations
- Assist in the management, career development, and training of team members

Qualifications:

- Minimum of three years of direct experience in export compliance, including EAR and ITAR regulations
- Bachelor's degree, ., . in taxation, and/or Masters in Taxation (MST)
- In-depth knowledge and experience with . export control regulations and the ability to provide practical solutions
- General export control and sanctions experience, such as compliance audits and assessments and advisory opinion requests
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with technical proficiency in data and analytics preferred
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally
