The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. Bank of America also offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Job Title:

Senior Trust Officer

Experience Information:

Minimum of 5 years of trust administration and estate planning experience preferred. Fiduciary professional with CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, or CPA (or 6 months away from obtaining certification) is also preferred.

Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the administrative and business development of complex IM&T accounts
- Work closely with Private Bank teams to achieve strategic objectives
- Deepen relationships through estate and financial planning
- Lead trust product sales and provide education to clients and associates
- Manage fiduciary risks and adhere to trust policies
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues
- Engage in high-level trust administration and risk management
- Identify and retain at-risk clients
- Meet with key clients to maintain relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Collaborate with other specialists within Bank of America's Private Bank
- Document interpretation and compliance with regulatory requirements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 5 years of trust administration and estate planning experience preferred
- Fiduciary professional with CTFA, CFP, AEP, JD, or CPA (or 6 months away from obtaining certification) is also preferred
- Technical expertise in trust administration, fiduciary law, and estate and wealth transfer planning
- Proactive problem-solving skills
- Ability to provide solutions within the bank's risk/reward profile
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Knowledge of policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Understanding of high net worth clients' concerns and ability to connect with them
