This position provides legal advice to the Commission and its technical staff on issues related to state and federal law applicable to public utility regulation. This position also manages contested case proceedings including investigation of utility applications, and conducts public hearings as an administrative hearing officer in accordance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedure Act. Acts as legal counsel for the Commission, case manager, and hearing officer in contested case proceedings. Coordinates and leads investigations of utility applications by assigned technical staff.
