- Parsons Behle & Latimer, a regional law firm with national expertise, is seeking a bankruptcy attorney with 2-5 years of experience.
- The firm has 10 offices and is at the forefront of the legal communities in Utah, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, and the rest of the Intermountain Region.
- The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of chapter 11 bankruptcy experience, including representing corporate debtors, creditors, or other parties in interest.
- Responsibilities include advising clients on bankruptcy options, preparing and managing chapter 11 cases, staying informed of developments in bankruptcy law, and working on sophisticated chapter 11 matters.
- A portable book of business is not required, but would be regarded favorably.
- The candidate must have a Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school and be admitted to practice in Utah. Admissions to other states will also be regarded favorably.
- Strong communication skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask are essential for this role.
