A law firm seeks a Litigation Associate Attorney for their Coral Gables, FL office. The Litigation Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing legal representation to clients in various litigation matters. Candidates must possess excellent speaking and writing skills and be Florida Bar Certified.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in litigation matters
• Conduct legal research
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and courts
• Prepare for and attend hearings, depositions, and trials
• Assist senior attorneys with case management and strategy

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school
• Florida Bar Certification
• 0-2 years of experience

Education:
