Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute real estate projects for Northrop Grumman's global portfolio
- Negotiate and document leases, appraisals, title insurance issues, site surveys, and other due diligence materials
- Collaborate with legal counsel, facilities, and external brokers to achieve business goals
- Actively participate in process improvement efforts
- Lead a team and effectively communicate with others

Basic Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in real estate, business, economics, engineering, business law or related discipline with at least 15 years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate contract negotiation OR Master's degree with at least 13 years of experience
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience with real estate market studies and financial analysis

Preferred Qualifications:

- Background in real estate financial/investment analysis, market studies, scenario modeling, and real property valuation
- Formal training in negotiation skills
- Experience with IBM Tririga real estate database
- MBA or JD Law with 8 years of detailed real estate lease contract negotiation experience
