The Mid-level or Senior Corporate Associate Attorney will be responsible for providing sophisticated legal counsel and support in corporate matters, with a focus on mergers and acquisitions. The ideal candidate should possess excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills, along with superior academic credentials from a top-tier law school.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support to clients in corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate finance.
• Draft and negotiate transactional documents, including purchase agreements, shareholder agreements, and financing documents.
• Conduct due diligence reviews and analysis for corporate transactions.
• Assist with corporate governance matters, including drafting resolutions and advising on compliance issues.
• Collaborate with partners and clients to develop and implement strategic plans for corporate transactions.
• Manage client relationships and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on developments in corporate law and industry trends.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited, top-tier law school.
• 3+ years of sophisticated corporate experience, preferably with significant mergers and acquisitions experience.
• Excellent analytical, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
• Superior academic credentials.

Education:

Juris Doctorate (JD) from an accredited, top-tier law school.
