Job Description:

- Serve as key member of Company's Legal Department
- Manage . government contracts and commercial contracts
- Assist with contract drafting, review, negotiation, and management
- Provide legal advice to business units on various legal issues
- Assist with regulatory compliance management
- Report to the Corporate Compliance & Regulatory Officer (CCRO)
- Review and approve contracts for the company
- Recommend changes to compliance program and practices
- Oversee continual improvement of legal function
- Structure, negotiate, draft, and review commercial agreements
- Provide legal counsel on contractual matters
- Draft policies and procedures to ensure regulatory and contractual compliance
- Promote legal, compliance, and risk management best practices
- Participate in acquisition due diligence
- Support development of ESG initiatives
- Maintain professional growth and development

- Minimum 5 years of law firm and/or in-house legal counsel experience
- Attorney's license must be current, active, and in good standing
