Job Overview:

The Medical Malpractice Attorney will primarily handle plaintiff-side medical malpractice cases. They should possess strong analytical, research, and writing skills and proficiency in pleading, motion, and discovery practice.

Duties:

  • Evaluate and investigate potential medical malpractice cases
  • Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and discovery requests

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

  • Admission to the New York State Bar
