The candidate will be managing the day-to-day handling of a full caseload with pre-suit and litigation files. Will manage and provide training as needed to support staff. Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memorandum. Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Screen potential clients. Investigating claims and gathering evidence. Documenting injuries and expenses. Calculating damages. Interviewing witnesses. Reviewing medical documents. Representing client through trial. Counseling clients throughout the entire claims process. Attending and Preparing for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances. Admission to Florida Bar License is required.
