The candidate will be drafting motions and responses to motions. Will be drafting and responding to written discovery and pleadings. Personal experience in managing case development, including the investigation of facts, engaging and interviewing clients, experts, and witnesses, and developing a solid case strategy. Must have Admission to Texas State Bar. Admitted to practice in Texas federal district courts is preferred. Should have 1-5 years of civil litigation experience. 0-5 years of first-party insurance dispute experience is desired. Should preferably be Admitted to practice in other states. Admitted to practice in federal district courts of other states is a plus. Should have excellent research, writing, and communication skills.
