Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients on business transactions.
  • Draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.

Requirements:

  • Licensed Indiana attorney in good standing.

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • 2+ years of business transactions experience preferred.

 

Education and Certifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Indiana State Bar.
