The Personal Injury Litigation Attorney will play a pivotal role in the firm, requiring strong research and writing skills. The role involves direct client contact, making court appearances, conducting discovery (including depositions), and preparing motions/briefs. Federal court experience is considered a plus.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis for personal injury cases.
• Draft and prepare legal documents, including motions and briefs.
• Interact directly with clients to address their legal needs.
• Make court appearances on behalf of clients.
• Conduct discovery processes, including depositions.
• Collaborate with other legal professionals within the firm.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to the State Bar Association.
• Strong research and writing skills.
• Experience in personal injury litigation.
• Federal court experience (preferred).
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload.
