Duties:

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of demonstrated corporate transactional experience.
  • Strong transactional experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, private placements, venture capital financing, strategic joint ventures, capital markets, corporate governance, private investment funds, and general corporate matters.
  • Excellent technical, professional, and client service skills.
  • Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Membership in the Florida Bar in good standing.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Membership in the Florida Bar in good standing.

Skills:
