A law firm in Edwardsville is currently seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of civil rights experience. The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Conduct client consultations to understand the specifics of civil rights cases.
• Investigate allegations of civil rights violations and gather relevant evidence.
• Prepare and present cases in court, administrative hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.
• Collaborate with legal teams and organizations dedicated to civil rights advocacy.
• Provide legal advice on matters pertaining to constitutional rights and equal protection.
• Keep abreast of changes in civil rights laws and contribute to public interest initiatives.

Requirements:
