A law firm in Edwardsville is currently seeking an Attorney with 0-10 years of civil rights experience. The successful candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing. Duties:Conduct client consultations to understand the specifics of civil rights cases.Investigate allegations of civil rights violations and gather relevant evidence.Prepare and present cases in court, administrative hearings, and alternative dispute resolution forums.Collaborate with legal teams and organizations dedicated to civil rights advocacy.Provide legal advice on matters pertaining to constitutional rights and equal protection.Keep abreast of changes in civil rights laws and contribute to public interest initiatives. Requirements:Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.0-10 years of experience in civil rights law.
