A law firm is seeking a Family Law Attorney for their Princeton, NJ location. The Family Law Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of legal matters related to family law, including divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence cases. The ideal candidate will possess superior writing skills, significant legal experience, and a commitment to advocating for clients' best interests.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation to clients in family law matters, including divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and adoptions.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and settlement agreements.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on issues pertinent to family law cases.
• Advocate for clients' interests in negotiations, mediations, and court hearings.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and obtain necessary information.
• Manage caseload efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with colleagues and support staff on case strategy and development.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of New Jersey.
• 3-7 years of legal experience in family law.
• Superior writing skills, with demonstrated proficiency in drafting legal documents.
• Strong advocacy skills and the ability to negotiate effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

Admission to the State Bar of New Jersey.
