Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and before regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate closely with partners and senior attorneys on case strategy and execution.
• Oversee and conduct depositions, interviews, and client consultations.
• Provide strategic legal counsel to clients, navigating intricate litigation issues.
• Stay abreast of evolving laws and regulations relevant to the practice area.

Requirements:

• 5-7 years of substantial experience in litigation.
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• License to practice law in California.
• Proven interest in complex civil litigation and regulatory enforcement/investigation matters.
• Outstanding academic credentials.
• Exceptional writing and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
