Additionally, they will provide clients with informed legal advice, clear communication, and compassionate support throughout the legal process, drafting legal documents such as briefs, motions, and appeals as necessary. Community outreach and legal education initiatives may also be part of the role.

Duties:

• Represent clients in criminal cases from arraignment through trial

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• License to practice law in Nevada
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to the principles of criminal defense and client advocacy
• Ability to handle a high caseload and multitask effectively
• Proficiency in legal research software and case management tools
• Prior experience in criminal defense is preferred

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:
