  • Strong understanding of derivatives regulation, including the CEA, CFTC, and SRO rules.
  • Experience in derivatives enforcement and investigations is highly desirable.
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Admission to the Illinois State Bar or eligibility for admission via reciprocity.
