Duties:

• Represent clients in legal proceedings, hearings, and trials related to family law matters such as divorce, child custody, adoption, and domestic violence.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, petitions, agreements, and court orders.
• Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and options.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements on behalf of clients.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and partners on complex cases.
• Maintain communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
• 2-6 years of experience practicing family law.
• Strong understanding of Florida family law statutes, rules, and procedures.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage a caseload independently while also working collaboratively within a team.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

Certifications:

• Admission to the Florida State Bar.
