Job Description:
- Executive Office for . Trustees (EOUST) Law Interns will work with the Director or Deputy Director for Field Operations in the Washington, DC office.
- Field Office Law Interns will work in one of the 89 field offices located throughout the country.
- Interns will assist with legal research, data analysis, fact-finding, and preparation for representing the USTP in different capacities.
- Internships may be available for academic credit.
- The minimum hours and number of weeks will be set by the respective offices.

Qualifications:
- Second- and third-year law students with excellent research and writing skills, attention to detail, and a desire to work as part of a small team.
- Interest and background in bankruptcy, litigation, administrative law, policy, and legislation.
- Must be a . citizen.
