Position Summary:

- Seeking a leader and strategic thinker with extensive knowledge in multiple areas of taxation
- Deliver compliance and consulting services to high-net-worth individuals and their trusts, estates, family offices, investment vehicles, and closely-held businesses
- Provide solutions to complex tax issues and assist with tax planning opportunities and implications of transactions

- Perform high-level reviews of tax research and returns for individual, fiduciary, partnership, closely-held corporations, estate, and gift work papers
- Train, mentor, and supervise Tax Consultants and Tax Seniors
- Take on lead client-contact roles, billing, and profitability analysis on engagements
- Involved in marketplace eminence building and pursuits

- Provide comprehensive, independent, and objective wealth transfer planning advice

Qualifications:

Required:

- Ability to work within a hybrid model, co-locating in person 2-3 days per week
- 8+ years of public accounting experience (at least 3 years in investment management) or equivalent in law firms or industry
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
- Active accreditation: Licensed CPA, licensed attorney, enrolled agent, Chartered Financial Advisor (CFA), or Certified Financial Planner (CFP)
- Experience reviewing partnership and/or trust documents
- Experience managing projects and ability to travel up to 25%

Preferred:

- Advanced degree such as MST, MAcc, JD, or LLM
- Prior Big 4 experience
- Knowledge of fund accounting and general ledger accounting
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Excellent research and writing skills

Compensation:
