Duties:

• Legal Representation:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation in LatAm legal matters.
  • Draft and review legal documents related to transactions and compliance in the LatAm region.

• Client Interaction:

  • Interact with clients to understand their LatAm legal needs and objectives.
  • Effectively communicate legal advice and guidance.

• Legal Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive legal research on LatAm laws, regulations, and industry developments.
  • Stay abreast of changes in the legal landscape affecting LatAm.

• Transactional Support:

  • Assist in negotiating and structuring transactions within the LatAm region.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

• Case Management:

  • Manage and prioritize multiple cases simultaneously.
  • Monitor case developments, deadlines, and client expectations.

Requirements:

• Experience:

  • 2-5 years of experience in LatAm legal practice.

• Bar Membership:

  • Member of the Florida Bar.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Florida Bar membership.
