Job Title: Vice President, Counsel - US Legal Team
Salary: $175,000 - $190,000 per year
Experience: Minimum 2 to 5 years of in-house corporate/commercial or law firm experience

Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex commercial contracts
- Prepare and maintain corporate maintenance documents
- Serve as a primary point of contact for legal matters
