  • Present opening and closing statements, examine witnesses, and cross-examine opposing witnesses.

  • Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.

  • Engage in pre-trial negotiations and settlement discussions.
  • Negotiate plea bargains and settlements on behalf of clients.

 

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the Bar and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction.
  • Proven experience as a trial lawyer with a successful track record.
  • Strong oral advocacy and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with legal teams and clients.
  • Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and legal precedents.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Continuing legal education and staying up-to-date with changes in probate and estate laws.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to the Bar and in good standing with the relevant jurisdiction.
