Job Duties:

  • Handle administrative matters, including CHRO (Commission on Human Rights and Opportunities) and EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) cases.
  • Work on employment law and personal injury cases in both state and federal court.
  • Assist with trial preparation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and trial briefs.

  • Manage discovery processes, including document requests and interrogatories.

Requirements:

  • Experience in administrative law, employment law, and personal injury litigation preferred.
  • Familiarity with state and federal court procedures.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent research and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

 

Education:

Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

 

Certifications:

Admission to practice law in Connecticut.
