Job Overview:

Duties:

  • Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in labor law matters.
  • Handle labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining negotiations, and union campaigns.
  • Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
  • Represent clients in administrative proceedings, hearings, and court litigation related to labor disputes.

Requirements:

  • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
  • Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence.
  • Maintain continuing licensure requirements during employment.
  • Completion of formal studies in labor law.
  • Minimum of 2+ years of experience in labor law/employment law.
  • Outstanding academic record preferred.

Preferred:

  • Completion of additional labor law studies.
  • Prior experience in labor law-related litigation.
  • Familiarity with relevant federal and state labor laws and regulations.

Skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
