Duties:
- Provide legal counsel and representation to clients in labor law matters.
- Handle labor arbitrations, unfair labor practice charges, collective bargaining negotiations, and union campaigns.
- Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and provide strategic advice to clients.
- Represent clients in administrative proceedings, hearings, and court litigation related to labor disputes.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state of residence.
- Maintain continuing licensure requirements during employment.
- Completion of formal studies in labor law.
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in labor law/employment law.
- Outstanding academic record preferred.
Preferred:
- Completion of additional labor law studies.
- Prior experience in labor law-related litigation.
- Familiarity with relevant federal and state labor laws and regulations.
