The successful candidate will have a Juris Doctorate degree and at least three years of experience in transactional law. The attorney should have experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and dispute resolution. Additionally, the candidate should have a strong knowledge of state and federal law, including securities regulations, corporate governance, and taxation.
