This program is coordinated by the Division of Administration, Human Resource Management, and offers internships in various sections located in Newark, Trenton, and Voorhees. Specializing in a particular area of interest, such as education law, civil rights litigation, complex financial transactions, or child protection proceedings, interns are assigned to a specific DOL section. They perform a variety of law clerk responsibilities, including research and writing, and have the opportunity to observe a wide range of lawyering activities, such as court proceedings, client meetings, depositions, and training sessions. Eligibility: - Only law students are eligible for this internship program. - Interns can choose to work in one of the 11 sections based in Newark, 14 sections based in Trenton, or 1 section in Voorhees.
