A law firm in Dallas, TX is seeking a Pre Litigation Attorney to provide legal representation and outstanding client service skills in personal injury cases. The Pre Litigation Attorney will advocate for clients in personal injury cases, managing their own docket of cases from start to finish. They will communicate effectively with clients, supervise staff, track medical treatment, review demands, negotiate with adjusters, and disburse client funds.

Duties:

• Provide legal representation and outstanding client service in personal injury cases.
• Manage own docket of personal injury cases.
• Set up claims and track medical treatment for clients.
• Supervise medical clerk and case manager.
• Review and respond to demands.
• Negotiate with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients.
• Communicate settlement offers to clients and handle disbursement of client funds.

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the state of Texas.
• Graduated from an accredited law school.
• Member in good standing of the State Bar of Texas.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• 1-3 years of personal injury experience.

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (.) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar of Texas.
