The candidate should be a Licensed attorney in any state and good standing with the licensing board. The candidate will provide legal advice to clients and potential clients, represent clients before the immigration courts and Board of Immigration Appeals, research legal issues related to immigration law, draft motions and briefs, communicate with clients, attend hearings, and client testimony preparation, collect and gather evidence in support of various immigration applications, draft statements in support of applications for relief, draft appellate briefs, and submit affirmative applications to USCIS.
