Additionally, they should have experience with or demonstrate a keen interest and passion for crypto blockchain technology and businesses. Membership to the State Bar of TX is required.

Job Overview:

The Blockchain Crypto Associate Attorney will provide legal counsel and support related to blockchain and cryptocurrency matters. They will collaborate with clients to navigate legal complexities and ensure compliance with regulations in this rapidly evolving field.

Duties:

• Provide legal advice and support on blockchain and cryptocurrency transactions.
• Assist in structuring and negotiating agreements related to blockchain technology, including token sales, smart contracts, and decentralized finance (DeFi) projects.
• Conduct legal research and stay updated on regulatory developments impacting the blockchain and cryptocurrency industry.
• Draft legal documents, including contracts, memoranda, and opinions, tailored to the needs of clients in the blockchain sector.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal issues arising from blockchain projects.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of Corporate Law experience in a major law firm.
• Membership to the State Bar of TX.
• Excellent academic credentials from a reputable law school.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology and its legal implications.
• Demonstrated interest or experience in crypto blockchain technology and businesses.
• Highly motivated with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Membership to the State Bar of TX.

Skills:
