New York City Office of a BCG Attorney Search Top Ranked Law Firm seeks a senior mergers and acquisitions associate attorney with 5+ years of relevant transactional experience performing Mergers and acquisitions activities for private and public companies in a law firm or corporate setting. The candidate should have experience in mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and cross-border transactions. Should have the ability to run transactions with limited supervision, draft and negotiate all relevant transaction documents, oversee junior associates and specialists, and coordinate with other advisors, including investment bankers, accountants, and co-counsel. Must be a member in good standing of the New York Bar. A license to practice law in New York is required. Must have excellent judgment combining business and legal acumen.
