Our team of tax professionals provide a wide range of services to clients, including tax planning, compliance, and consulting. As an Experienced Associate in our Internal Partnership Tax Services team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in partnership tax services. Key Responsibilities:

Provide tax compliance and advisory services to partnerships within Baker Tilly, including tax preparation, planning, and consulting.
Collaborate with team members to provide a holistic approach to tax planning and compliance.
Conduct tax research and draft responses to inquiries from tax authorities.
Assist with special projects related to flow through taxation.
Develop recommendations and strategies to support firm leadership.
Participate in on-the-job coaching and mentoring, as well as firm-wide learning and development programs.
Network and build relationships internally to support team growth and development.
Embrace a work-life balance with social activities and team outings.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting, law, or a related field.
CPA license preferred.
1+ years of experience in public accounting, specifically in federal tax compliance and consulting.
Strong skills in time management, communication, relationship building, and problem solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Ability to sit for the CPA and/or Bar exam in the state of consideration.
Flexibility to work remotely.

Compensation:

The compensation range for this role is $61,070 to $105,480.
Actual compensation may vary based on individual qualifications, experience, and location.
Eligible for a discretionary bonus/commission program.
