Duties:

• Structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements related to franchise, distribution, and supply chain arrangements.
• Providing legal counsel on domestic and international franchise matters.
• Handling dispute resolution related to franchise and supply chain issues.
• Offering regulatory advice and guidance on legal compliance in franchise and supply chain operations.
• Collaborating with internal teams and clients to ensure legal objectives are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements in franchise and supply chain law.
• Experience in international licensing or franchising is a plus.
• High level of academic achievement in law.
• Prior experience in a law firm setting.
• Superb writing, drafting, and communication skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in the relevant jurisdiction.

Certifications:

• Bar admission in DE.
