Alliances Manager - Identifying and evaluating potential acquisition or partnership opportunities for LexisNexis Legal & Professional. This role involves conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and managing relationships with partners to drive overall business growth.

Full-time position with flexible working hours and a focus on promoting work-life balance.

Responsibilities:
- Acting as a principal liaison for LexisNexis' portfolio of Print content alliances, representing the company at an executive level
- Identifying and creating new strategic relationships with content providers that align with the company's vision and long-term strategy
- Driving profitability of the portfolio and managing contract renewals and renegotiations
- Working cross-functionally to ensure all parties meet contractual obligations and achieve strategic objectives

Requirements:
- Experience in negotiating and executing corporate partnerships and licensing agreements
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to represent the company at an executive level
- Excellent negotiation skills and sales techniques
- Familiarity with LexisNexis technologies, products, and services
- JD or MBA preferred
