Responsibilities:

- Review documents using electronic review platform to code for relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege.
- Assist with quality control, preparation of privilege, and redaction logs.
- Use emotional intelligence when working with team members and clients.
- Prioritize tasks and retain complex work direction.
- Provide valuable insight into the discovery process for different areas of litigation.

Qualifications:

- Active Bar Admission/Attorney's License in any US jurisdiction.
- High-speed internet access and either a Mac or PC with Windows 10 or newer operating system.
- Experience with electronic document review platforms preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
- Critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

position details

remote/work from home opportunity, reviewers must reside in one of the following states: illinois, massachusetts, maryland, or virginia
duration depends on the project; opportunities vary from 1 week to 6 months; possibly longer
flexible scheduling; must be able to commit to a minimum of 40 hours per week between 7 am and 7 pm monday through thursday; 7 am and 5 pm friday
pay rate: $30 per hour
overtime may be available based on individual project demands, at the discretion of the end client

qualifications & requirements

active bar admission/attorney’s license in any us jurisdiction
experience in electronically reviewing documents in complex litigation matters using our various review platforms including nebula, edr, and relativity is preferred but not required
experience reviewing and coding documents for responsiveness, relevancy, confidentiality, and privilege is preferred but not required
assist with quality control, preparation of privilege, and redaction logs

high-speed internet access at the home office and either a mac or pc with windows 10 or newer operating system is required for remote work
proficient in the use of modern technology, especially computers and related remote, work from home office equipment
strong attention to detail/ability to prioritize tasks
critical thinking skills and ability to retain complex work direction
excellent verbal and written communication skills
