**ProService Hawaii is Seeking a Highly Skilled Corporate Counsel Associate**

**Responsibilities of the Corporate Counsel Associate:**

- Oversee Hawaii business operations, cultivating strong relationships with regulators and key vendors
- Advocate for beneficial changes and defend against detrimental legislation
- Provide practical solutions to complex business and legal matters
- Introduce programs that set ProService apart from the competition
- Safeguard ProService's proprietary programs and intellectual property
- Develop competitive advantage in ProService's products
- Strategically advise on complex business and legal matters

**Requirements:**

- Law degree required
- Experience and strong aptitude in Health Care, workers' comp, SUTA, employment law, PEO laws, wage and hour
- Insurance, HR Tech Law and commercial litigation experience preferred
- Innovative and entrepreneurial approach
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Familiar with the Hawaii government
- Strong advocacy skills
- Proven experience building strong relationships with key vendors
