Duties:

• Drafting mechanical patent applications
• Prosecuting patent applications before the USPTO
• Conducting patent searches and analysis
• Collaborating with attorneys and inventors to identify patentable inventions
• Assisting in patent portfolio management

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical field
• 2+ years of experience drafting mechanical patent applications
• Current status as a registered patent agent
• Excellent academic credentials
• Strong writing skills
• Professional recommendations

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in patent drafting
