Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Licensed to practice law in the State of New York.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in legal practice with a proven track record.
• Existing substantial independent client base.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor less experienced attorneys.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar.
