Duties:

  • Conduct thorough title examinations and due diligence reviews.
  • Draft and analyze oil and gas leases, contracts, and agreements.
  • Provide legal advice on regulatory compliance and land use issues.
  • Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and other legal proceedings.

Requirements:
