A law firm in Peoria is seeking a highly qualified Attorney with 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience. The ideal candidate must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school and hold an active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.

Duties:

• Conduct legal research and analysis on commercial litigation cases.
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and contracts.
• Represent clients in court proceedings and hearings.
• Provide legal counsel to clients on commercial and civil matters.
• Collaborate with colleagues and legal staff to develop case strategies.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active State of Illinois and/or Missouri Law license in good standing.
• 0-10 years of commercial litigation experience.
• Strong knowledge of local and federal laws related to commercial litigation.
