Experience Information:


Prior experience in fair housing law preferred
Strong passion for fair housing and fighting against housing discrimination
Familiarity with federal and state fair housing laws
Experience with litigation and advocacy preferred
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
Prior experience with remote work preferred


Responsibilities:

Provide legal representation to clients in fair housing matters
Conduct legal research and prepare legal memoranda
Draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents
Represent clients in court and administrative proceedings
Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to develop and implement advocacy strategies
Conduct community outreach and education on fair housing laws
Participate in trainings and conferences on fair housing issues


Requirements:


Prior experience in fair housing law preferred
Strong passion for fair housing and fighting against housing discrimination
Familiarity with federal and state fair housing laws
Experience with litigation and advocacy preferred
