Duties:

• Handle all aspects of civil litigation cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct court appearances, including motions hearings, trials, and other proceedings
• Prepare and respond to written discovery requests
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts
• Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements
• Perform legal research and analysis to support case strategy
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
• Assist with case management and strategy development

Requirements:

• Active Nevada Bar license
• 3-5 years of experience in civil litigation preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to client satisfaction and providing high-quality legal representation
• Prior experience with estate planning, probate, guardianship, or personal injury cases is desirable

Education and Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Admission to the Nevada State Bar
